Handbags may not be for studs, but studs are certainly for handbags this year. I am talking about the big doctors bags covered in studs or sequins. Are you ready to do this again; bright colors, elaborate stud work on enormous hand totes? Well get ready because they are back with a vengeance it appears.
Taking huge clues from that embarrassing fashion era between the seventies and the nineties; you say the decade, I am tired of reliving it, big bags with either bright colors or just the plain black and gold are what is in store for you if you want to be your trendy best this year. Circle patterns with bright rhinestones may sound awful on paper, (or monitor), but it is not so bad, really!
Celebs are lugging these bags around and are looking quite fashionable doing it. It looks as if the fashion designers finally figured out how to use studs and sequins in a flattering way. If the runways are any indication, these bags are going to be flooding the market and your closets. What was a questionable fashion decision twenty five years ago is no decision at all now.
